We are able to provide remote support to our customers using Windows, Mac and Linux computers for the majority of the products we supply.

Please note that remote support is only available by prior arrangement.

We use TeamViewer as the remote control support application for Windows and Mac. TeamViewer is a secure connection that allows us to provide assistance directly to your computer and network.

Once contacted by support please use the following procedure:

Download and Run "TeamViewer QuickSupport" for your operating system using one of the following links:

For Microsoft Windows users...

For Apple Mac users...

  • Run the TeamViewer QuickSupport application
  • You may receive a Security warning from your Firewall - click "Allow"/"Continue" etc
  • The TeamViewer Quick Support screen will be displayed showing the unique ID and password for the support session.
  • Provide Ripcaster support staff with the ID and password - this will allow us to remotely view/control your computer.
